Cada jantar ser\u00e1 uma fus\u00e3o de sabores aut\u00eanticos, criatividade e mem\u00f3rias inesquec\u00edveis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damos in\u00edcio a esta s\u00e9rie especial a 12 de abril com o talentoso Chef Beno\u00eet Sinthon, que promete uma noite repleta de pratos sofisticados e saborosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Chef Beno\u00eet Sinthon nasceu em Fran\u00e7a, em Gardanne, perto de Marselha. Desde cedo teve contacto com mercados e produtos frescos, despertando a sua paix\u00e3o pela cozinha. Ap\u00f3s forma\u00e7\u00e3o no Instituto Glion, na Su\u00ed\u00e7a, trabalhou em restaurantes de renome como Lani Cuisiniers em Aix-en-Provence e Les Trois Forts em Marselha. Em 1994, mudou-se para a Madeira, onde trabalhou no Reid\u2019s Palace e na Casa Velha do Palheiro. Em 2004, tornou-se chef executivo do Il Gallo d'Oro, no hotel The Cliff Bay, no Funchal. Sob a sua lideran\u00e7a, o restaurante conquistou duas estrelas Michelin e uma Estrela Verde Michelin pela sustentabilidade, destacando o seu compromisso com ingredientes locais e pr\u00e1ticas culin\u00e1rias respons\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este jantar tem\u00e1tico ir\u00e1 apresentar uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de pratos modernos atualmente servidos no Oxalis e receitas cl\u00e1ssicas da \u00e9poca do Chef Beno\u00eet na Casa Velha do Palheiro, nos anos 2000. O objetivo \u00e9 evocar a nostalgia desses anos memor\u00e1veis, ao mesmo tempo que se destacam as inova\u00e7\u00f5es e t\u00e9cnicas atuais do Oxalis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta s\u00e9rie, composta por quatro jantares \u00fanicos e sete chefs, decorre at\u00e9 dezembro.
