On Sunday, June 8th, join us at Oxalis Restaurant to celebrate World Oceans Day with a special, sustainable culinary experience. Chef Gonçalo Bota has created a thoughtfully crafted menu inspired by the ocean, featuring responsibly sourced ingredients and local treasures.

Relais & Châteaux is raising awareness, in collaboration with Ethic Ocean, about the importance of investigating seafood sourcing to ensure sustainable practices. Each dish reflects a commitment to preserving marine biodiversity and showcases the rich flavours of Madeira.
